I mean, sure, but there are tons of Disney stars who never amount to anything else after their teen shows end. And whose teen shows are never even 1/10 as successful or impactful as Hannah Montana.

 

Miley's continued success is a testament to her talent and creativity and likability and knack for reinvention. Billy has none of these things and that's why he's very much a forgotten one-hit wonder. 

 

Miley made Billy 100x richer and more successful than he ever did on his own.
