I think she is much more likely to have a worldwide hit sans the USA than ever seeing Billbord Top 20 before her passing. If her biopic is good I can see Vogue or Borderline having a RUTH moment.

It's so crazy to hear this as a fan, since these songs made zero noise in the US. Were these really that big in Europe? Out of the loop here, but wish these had been smashes in the US. Celebration (original version in particular was such a bop.

GI2M felt as big as 4M in Europe, at least on radios, I still hear it regularly.
