She has a sophomore "slump" but in my experience everyone is still tuning in to what she has to offer and her streams are still good. No pop girl is pulling her numbers besides Taylor and Billie really. jeffersonairplanes19 Posted July 21 Share Posted July 21 (edited) Most artists who have blockbuster debut eras like sour don't ever recapture that so it seems like they've lost momentum when in actuality they're just now pulling regular ordinary numbers. the same thing happened with Britney after baby one more time where none of her follow up albums sold as well but not because of the albums didn't sell well but because baby one more time sold so well and was such a huge album that it was impossible for anyone to replicate. she also got 2 top ten hits with the album and multiple top 20 ones only people with stan twitter brain see that album as a failure.
