Could Kesha's 'Joyride' become a massive sleeper hit?

This is Kesha's biggest single in a long time and has debuted in UK charts and Bubbling Under Hot 100 already.

It's starting to chart in multiple Eastern European countries on Spotify and is being well received pretty much everywhere.

I could see it doing really well on radio too. What do yall think?

idk bout massive or hit but it's a really nice bop and it gets a lot of organic love

Not sure about massive but a top 40 entry will be a win for Kesha, she needs promo and a MV asap

She's indie so if she ends up doing 100-200million on spotify it's great for her

I don't see it being a huge smash or being played on radio because it's so weird (still a bop). Top 40 would be nice!

It's doing really good for it to be under her own, independent label. Organically growing in streams too. I would love for it to smash, but a moderate hit for Kesha in 2024 is a huge feat in itself tbh. We're talking 15 years later since TiK ToK. I low key though it was over for her (as a hit maker).

Probably not a smash but I could see it becoming a moderate viral hit. Overall it could probably tee her up for a bigger hit next go around. Whatever happens, it's just good to see her experience success on her own terms

I didn't care too much for the song but this is the most I've heard about Kesha music in years, so maybe?

I don't think it can be a smash cause the song is too weird for the GP. I will become a cute hit among gays.

It was #1 on the glitch hot 100 last week and that's all that matters :clap3:

It's her most noticeable song since Prayer for the general public and all earnings will basically go to her, that's a pretty big win already. Even if it doesn't turn out to be this big charting  hit, it's definitely priming for a very welcoming era, there's hype, there's word of mouth, she went viral quite a few times and people have missed her. With the way Gag Order and High Road played out, If you asked me even six months ago, I would've said there's no way in hell people would ever find Kesha cool again.

I'm a stan and no. It's too polarising to be a massive hit. Top 40 MAYBE.

But trust Kesha has a top 10 hit in the new album somewhere, she's saving it.
