Jon Caramanica has the worst taste among critics so we are not surprised.

He gave the only mixed review for folklore and thinks Changes by Justin was a top 5 best album of 2020.

His #1 album of 2020 was Sam Hunt's mega panned unlistenable bro country attempt.

And in this same video, starting at around the 14:00 mark, he also proclaims 'evermore' as Taylor Swift's worst album "by a rather large margin". Is the NYT correct in their assessment?

TTPD is by FAR her worst album (that I've listened to, I don't think I've listened to any pre-Red)

 

And evermore is easily top 3 with Folklore (and don't hate me, but I like Reputation)
