Very good comment by Vice President Harris:

Maybe some ATRLs should take note of what she's saying because the takes here are going from bad to worse...

Why do some of yall want us to feel sympathy and pray for a man who has never showed any sympathy for anyone his entire life? A Man who mocks people and calls them names. A man who mocked a man who was assaulted just because he was Nancy's Pelosi husband.  A man who made fun of Michigans dem governor going through a kidnapping plot.

sorry if we don't have any sympathy for the literal piece  of trash

I think people just expect decency.

The majority of politicians are selfish AH. Trump is just one side of a coin. They're all the same.

This is usually what the opposing campaign does when something bad happens to the other person

That's sweet and I definitely see why.

Decency is important in our society. We must not lose our humanity.

I think all decent people and people who care about decency should go to Google and type "Project 2025 plan to remove laws that force employers to pay out time-and-a-half when working overtime" to ensure they get the latest updates on Trump's condition. #PrayersUp

@Communion Do you think there's any chance this could end up damaging Trump's campaign and benefiting the Dems somehow? :gaycat7:

You're clearly well-versed in US politics and always seem to have some optimism (or at least an idea of where the Left should aim) to these kinds of issues, so I'm curious to hear your perspective. :hughard:

I don't know why you keep reposting this Project 2025 thing. As far as I know, it was some Think Tank BS (Heritage Foundation) and Trump disavowed it. It's not part of his platform.

Do you think fearmongering is the way to go? It's clearly not working because Trump is up more than 3 points in all polls.

Trump was already president and had the House and the Senate on his side during the first half of his presidency. If he truly wanted to do anything in that project, he would have done it already. He's a narcissist but he's not stupid.

Biden removing negative political ads following Trump COVID-19 diagnosis | PBS News

Biden did the same thing when Trump was hospitalized with Covid. It's a decency thing.

Well, if the situation was in reverse, Trump would show no decency. This kind of "moral high ground" thinking is why we live in a society that primarily rewards narcissists and psychopaths. The only way to kill intolerance is to be intolerant of it.

Trump deserves to be treated exactly how he treats other people. This man gets absolutely not a modicum of sympathy from me.

That's just fear mongering. During his presidency none of that sort of thing happened.

All you need is to release all of this energy in November and vote like your life depends on it, especially those who's living in a swing states :gaycat2:

Not trying to start any conspiracy theories but the video was just.. weird to watch. Why didn't SS immediately escort him off the platform? They all just kinda stood there like oh wow close call.

even the video of Bush getting a shoe thrown at him seemed more dramatic.
