Daddy Posted July 13 Posted July 13 I'm German so I'm biased but yeah, Daylight is definitely remembered. 2
tost1 Posted July 13 Posted July 13 I remember them but I'm a gay millenial. They are probably just remembered in Germany
bowdown Posted July 13 Author Posted July 13 (edited) I myself am from North America and I'm stanning The vocals and looks >>> Vanessa was always doing the most in their videos thought Edited July 13 by bowdown 2
KillingYourCareer Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Weren't they a Germany-only thing in the same way Girls Aloud were unknown outside of the UK apart from their debut song?
Mephisto Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Probably just in Germany and with a handful of European fans who grew up during that era. They do have quite a few bops - Still in Love with You, Rivers of Joy, Daylight in Your Eyes, Goodbye to Yesterday...
Crashed Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Yes, and we will stream their new album that's coming out next year Spoiler unless it's produced by Christian Geller 2
Heldenzeit Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Not to forget that Lucy was just crowned the queen of the jungle on this year's season of I'm a Celebrity...
Schami66 Posted July 13 Posted July 13 (edited) and let's not forget about this classique!!! Yes, they are iconic and yes, they are remembered. They are basically the german equivalent to the Spice Girls, right? Both had a huge hype back in the day. Spice Girls was worldwide, of course. I LOVE the Spice Girls too but i'm so happy that the No Angels recorded a lot more material. Imagine having three albums and some b-sides as their entire discography. My favorite No Angels album is Pure. I feel like it's a lot more AC-Pop than the previous two albums I think it aged the best out of all their records. Edited July 13 by Schami66 2
Schami66 Posted July 13 Posted July 13 sorry for the double post but let's celebrate the other two singles from Pure, as well THEE Someday - one of the best summer smashes ever. MISS Feelgood Lies - one of their best choreographys. Literally everything was on point. 1

Gabers05 Posted July 13 Posted July 13 I know they were mainly known in Germany but Im in the US and enjoy quite a few of their songs. Love this song. One of my favorites of theirs.
ithinkheknowsoutsold Posted July 25 Posted July 25 They deserved to be eternally remembered for this classic: Wikipedia says they only toured theatres on their last tour, but all the videos online seemed to indicate much bigger venues. What is the truth?

What is the truth? They toured theatres and churches in 2009 (? Or 10?) and bigger venues during their last tour in 2022.
