:ahh:

Monsters became what they were criticizing when Madonna vs Gaga happened. You go into Gaga Daily it's a bunch of resentful, angry, cult-like people.

Simply because Katy's success and her floppage caused Gaga to have a breakdown, and her remaining fans have been out to "bring down" Katy ever since.

I don't know how to say this but... Katy has been at the bottom for more than 5 years now. She occasionally gets up, then she falls back down even harder. There is no need for anyone to bring Katy down, she does it herself.

monsters are the ones that make threads still comparing them :dancehall2: post-2011 hasn't been nice to them so they need something to lash out on

Well, they've been comparing her to Katy since the era started, it looks like y'all are so insecure, if GaGa is so above Katy, why liddos are still comparing her to Katy?

Liddos will ALWAYS carry the 2013 defeat in their hearts and never admit it, liddos swear they got over it but they never will.

I did not know I was SharGaga. That's not even from the same forum. :ryan3:

Anyways, so tell me what's there to be insecure about Katy in 2024? Recent events show that Katy is the literal bottom of the barrel in pop right now. :mazen:

I LOVE posts like this bc it shows how badly OGHs like you have been hurting and in a constant mode of denial and suffering for almost 10 years now and will continue to be over the next 10 and more as Gaga's career scales new heights :jonny:

OT: The reason they're going on is because they're a resounding reminder of what happens when talent wins and mediocrity loses repeatedly. At least the Kats still have 10 year old stale drags and chart receipts to rely on, since that was the last time Katy Perry was relevant to the GP, thus making it a beautiful yet ironic self-drag. :heart2:

Meanwhile, the only context in which the word "Roar" is used in the present day is, as pointed out in this Guardian review of her latest panned bomb:

"Who are you?" the girl asks, perhaps in some sort of self-aware nod to Perry's absence from pop's upper echelons in recent years. "I'm Katy Perry!" she yells in slow-mo. It sounds less like a roar of triumph than the echoing cry of someone falling down a large ravine.

They're on the same boat in 2024. :clack:

As a LM I am starting to feel sorry for Katy Perry, but let's not pretend... Gaga is leagues and leagues ahead of her. Between the two, only one embarked on a sold out global stadium tour, sold out a Vegas theatre, had a #1 single and album - selling more than 200k - this decade, and can still reach #1 on iTunes US.

I mean, why are Britney and Xtina comparisons still going on 25 years later?

Because they started together and are around the same age hence, they are forever direct peers/rivals.

Khia, sorry, I mean Katy instigated a war she didn't have the range to finish. They will always be compared because they struck it big around the same time...Katy being preferred by those with no mailing address and those who have parents who were born siblings and Gaga by those waving that LGBTQIA2S+ flag.

IDRK though
