Popboi. Posted July 11 Posted July 11 Now why is she dropping these now and not against Eminem next week 1
MardinBeksloy Posted July 11 Posted July 11 Drop the anthology physical next and block Eminem queen 4 1 1 1
TMRA Posted July 11 Posted July 11 Ok as a Taylor fan this is getting kind of annoying. How many TTPD variants she has from different cities? Drop the damn Anthology 4
Popular Post State of Grace. Posted July 11 Popular Post Posted July 11 (edited) COVID is afraid of her omg. How many "acoustic" and live songs left? Edited July 11 by State of Grace. 18

Popular Post storminthedark Posted July 11 Popular Post Posted July 11 Genuinely curious what will end up being the final push for Billboard to change the rules about remixes/variants. 51 1

What do you propose as a fix cause to Billboard a valid purchase is a purchase, as long as it's not a bulk buy or an unfinished transaction. They already have a great system of filtering fraud units (especially from streaming). 3 2

Assassin Posted July 11 Posted July 11 She really wants the sole record, it's pathetic. Quote The Tortured Poets Department matches Whitney Houston's 1987 album Whitney as the only two albums by women to spend their first 11 weeks at No. 1. All 11 of the latter's total weeks at No. 1 were from its debut atop the chart. https://www.billboard.com/music/chart-beat/taylor-swift-ties-career-best-11-weeks-number-one-billboard-200-tortured-poets-department-1235725955/ 2 1
Riverbank Posted July 11 Posted July 11 Isn't Eminem predicted to debut with around 500k? I don't think she can outsell him with those digital versions alone... unless she drops The Anthology physicals (which I'm pretty sure she will do ) 1
Erreur2 La Nature Posted July 11 Posted July 11 (edited) I'm sure not even her fans can tell how many versions of the same album she has released at this point. It is ridiculous Edited July 11 by Erreur2 La Nature 8

A limitation on the number of variants that count towards the charts for a start, there's no reason why one album should have THIS many copies available. They've already implemented a limit on how many copies count per consumer. I also don't agree with "acoustic" versions that are very obviously spliced from the ordinary song and slapped over an instrumental. 19 2

You can stop how many copies count per transaction, but "variants" are always split between a lot of retailers.
