Has your fave had a "just because it's over doesn't mean it's really over" moment?

Scenario: Your fave has just finished a major flopping. They are down and out.

Or so we think

just like that, the single/album rebounds and becomes a major success. No one saw it coming. There's only one phrase to describe it.

"just because it's over doesn't mean it's really over"

EXAMPLE:

Paula Abdul's "The Way That You Love" was originally released in 1988 but it flopped everywhere.

however, she re-released it the following year to become one of the biggest billboard hits of all time.

Million Reasons. The song infamously had a messy chart run but then went Top 5 after the Superbowl performance, is eligible for 4/5x platinum, and has healthy recurrent streams.
