Epic? :rip:

She is like an Ava Max on feminine steroids, she can really sing. Loved her EP and droplets.

About four years late :skull:

Does that mean she has to start recording all over again? She lived in LA and worked with The Dream for so long.

he recently got r Ape and S Battery allegations, maybe this is the reason why she finally moved on from that situation?

All these "Epic is bad" comments but nobody bothers to explain why. I googled some of their artists and it seems far better than Universal, Atlantic, RCA, Capitol, etc.

idk why she took a 4 year break. that's literally insane esp for an artist for her but wishing her the best

not epic…it's over before it even started :biblio:

Hourglass and Heartbreak Hotel were BOPS, I thought she was gonna make it

Congrats to her for getting signed

I only found a Reddit topic about Epic Records being "not able to handle their female artists properly" but nothing more than that. Please, someone, enlighten us! :jonny6:

I'm so excited to see her starting a new journey in music. I loved most of her releases back in the day and I can't wait for more.

Same. I found a Reddit thread about bad labels and they said Epic didn't care about artistry but they were a label with good ethics unlike Atlantic (is that even compatible?) :gaycat6:

It was the home of 5H, Camila Cabello until Familia, Hikaru Utada's current label, Tyla, Shakira's during Laundry Service, the Oral Fixations 1 and 2, She Wolf and Sale el Sol; Avril's during her selftitled era, etc.

IF they invest in her, it seems like a good enough label to me.

She's released albums every three years and had several hits and commercial success especially earlier on tbh. Wouldn't mind seeing Alice getting some of that good stuff.

But I hear you about mediocre material (not sure whose fault that is tho) and her career not going as well as it could be (especially in the US, I feel).

Her first and last successful album was in 2017, they waited 4 years for (the beautiful imo) Poster Girl. a suicide in the streaming era age yLBJfPh.thumb.gif.f5d471af57297dcd63914e

Yeah ngl those long 3-4 years of wait between albums are wild, especially for young pop girlies trying to establish themselves :rip: I wonder why that happened, Zara used to be just as successful as Dua, they should've supported her more. I'm kinda scared now lol :monkey:
