Next week Eminem will drop so this would be Taylor's last week she can be at #1 for consecutive weeks. Em is easily clocking 300k-350k first week

Not with The Anthology: The Re-Up coming.

I have always thought a girls' girl is basically the opposite of a pickme girl, which is helping other girls in need. So people on here and on twitter who use the term 'not a girls' girl' in the context of a chart battle between Taylor and Billie is wild, basically another case of people misusing a term so much in stanwars that the original term loses its meaning.

Yes, whenever stan twitter uses this term "not a girl's girl" because Taylor blocks 2 women out of 12 other men on the chart, I stop taking them seriously.
Imagine the most prominent feminist issue of today is... *check note* who got the #2 on the album chart, I-

Zach's album is gorgeous and super accessible I'm surprised those numbers aren't higher

Honestly, if she doesn't do some magic this week specifically, I might start to think that she really is a misogynist.

Zach is so dumb releasing his album a day earlier. He would've easily gone #1

With those 65k copies she sold this week I guess even if Zach released on a Friday he would have been blocked either way

She would have done 175k (110k + 65k) and Zach maybe around 150k with a Friday release

Taylor basically decides who can get the #1 at this point unless the other artist does really huge numbers :deadbanana2:

Does anyone actually believe she's signed 65k copies of the album?

I don't think she needed to add those since she may be in that range but I guess they wanted to be cautious.

The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), which is projected to bow on the subsequent week's chart at 300k-350k.

They are predicting 300k-350k for Eminem??? His pure sales will probably be big then

I was expecting 200k-250k at most for him

She already did. There's a new variant already

She signed 65k photos which she could have been working on for years, since the shoot happened. She's done this many times and there's never been any reason to believe she doesn't do it herself. She's not dumb enough to risk that coming out, and she's always been dedicated enough to put in work.

She obviously had set the goal of beating her record of 11 weeks at number one. All these variant releases and signed copies to boost sales seems like it was probably planned in advance for each week to ensure she meets this goal.  It's super calculated for sure but it wouldn't work if people didn't actually buy them. She knows she can manipulate her fans to keep her at the top.

That's seems low for him even with earlier release. Didn't his last album sell 200k first week? It seems that it's not doing so great on streaming.

He released it on the 4th, a Thursday - day before tracking week began.

But she was going to reach more than 11 weeks at #1 either way even if she let Billie and Zach to reach #1 during their weeks of release, her album has 31 tracks and her weekly pure sales are good.

I mean she will return to #1 after Eminem's week and stay there until Post Malone and Sabrina release, then return to #1 again. Every week when there isn't a big release she would have been the #1 by default just like Morgan last year so I don't understand that need to release variants and ship more CDs to block Billie and Zach in their only weeks they could have been #1 :michael:

If Billie and Zach wanted to be #1 they should have work harder and get a bigger audience.
