I would have been so embarrassed if this happened to me in front of so many people and I'm sure she did too, but the show must go on.  I can only respect her for that.

Let's be real, we have all done (something like) that at some time or another in our lives. Yes, it's not (really) hygienic nor is it recommended. But just like people tend to forget or don't keep it with themselves, she can't perform on stage with a bunch of tissues, napkins, handkerchiefs, towels, nose tissues, and whatnot or have someone hold those and then go and clean her nose mid-performance. She can during a piano/sit-down set or outfit change but these things don't have a set timing. It's okay, it happens.
