Is this good

It's #64 with no adds date so i guess it's good/decent?

It also has slightly more audience than the #50 song with way less spins

With an amazing music video hopefully in the works, this could end up being song of the summer!

The song is doing perfectly fine and i LOVE IT. Demi posted on instagram with the song. I wish Gaga did that too instead of a sweet comment. Or at least use it with Haus labs for a promo video or something.

Anyways, i see that the other fanbase i now bullying Kesha for singing her own song Blow. First i was irritated but now i see that that is giving it a chance to go viral :ryan3:

This truly can be Keshas year with her old hits going viral and Joyride being a hit. Last year she had Backstabber and Cannibal which very mega viral this year we need something new. Only Love Can Save Us Now seems to do something on twitter.

I feel like the world will realize how amazing her discography is just like I did a year ago when Gag Order was released and I looked back in awe of how magnificent of a pop star she has always been.

There's nobody more deserving than her. Stream JOYRIDE, b!tches :giraffe:

The new Pop Crave tweet about the Kamala remix has so many nasty quotes. I'm glad they're suffering at least with the PR catastrophe that is that other "feminist" song. Criticizing a victim for using music she helped to create because her abuser is on the credits is such a low blow

:rip:

So pathetic :skull:

Found that katycat with a pokemon avatar on Twitter and the coping is hilarious. They're living in their own bubble

Katy stans have really sunk so low in this whole debacle, imagine attacking a r*pe victim just because you want your own fave to be free of consequences :rip:

Joyride keeps rising though, it's good. We need to keep streaming and spread the word, there's still so much potential for growth here.

Without a major label? That's not happening.

the laugh during the bridge in the radio edit is a nice touch, should've been added to the final/explicit version

Is it a financial thing like why can't an independent artist make a radio deal?

Theoretically they could (I think), but I have never heard of any example for that.

Usually, the flagship artists of major labels get radio deals and I'm personally not aware of radio payola for independent artists being a thing (would love to be wrong, of course).

Kesha Records will become a major label

Taylor is actually one of the pop stars with the LEAST payola out there, she didn't even get autoplay for Fortnight :rip:

because all her payola was spent on 1989 through to at least folklore, gained her a massive audience of yes-fans who buy into everything

there is actually a very common occurrence of completely unknown artists charting in the #50-#40 region on pop radio and their songs mostly get played very late at night or very early in the morning (when no one is listening to the radio) lol, chart watchers call them "indie nightcrawlers"

idk how this all works but I assume it's impossible to payola your way into the top 20-10 without the help of a big label's money & connections, i'm pretty sure labels have employees whose only job is working with radio stations
