Yeah this is the kind of music she should be making, not the stuff she's made the past 7 years.

This definitely could fit on High Road.

Hope the the next era sonically isn't this carnivalesque, really not something I'd enjoy a full project to revolve around as I don't see how that concept would fit where she's at- that being said, the song is really good, and we want the BOPS! It was really obvious why she wasn't really in the mood to go full on with bops, like duh, you're still releasing for your ab*sers label. But yeah. Welcome back Ke$ha

I was such a stan ever since Right Round, she deserves a huge comeback (unlike some other has-beens) :coffee:

This is such a return to form for her.  I've been streaming all morning and I can't wait to hear the rest of the album!  Romanian Popcorn :clap3:

She is basically the pioneer of hyperpop aesthetically and sonically. I've always been saying that everything we've heard after has been so strongly influenced by her. No one else did it quite like she did, although many other pop girls at the time were doing electro-pop/dance. She really needs to be given a lot more credit, hope she'll be able to get it with the new era.

Just look up a playlist of Romanian summer hits from 2008 to 2012, that's what Romanian popcorn basically is. They're not wrong :fan:

It's very Eurovision

As a long time fan, this isn't instant for me. It's not awful, but not her at her best imo. I'll still support her but I hope it grows on me.

I've been listening nonstop all morning. It's a pure serotonin booster, she put crack in this song!

Hmmm. This is fun. Definitely reminds me a lot of The High Road, but I wouldn't say it's stronger than Raisin' Hell, which I thought was the best combination of her pop side and her serious side.

That being said, this is a very strong start to this era.

This is insane! I didn't hear any snippets or the live performance and went into this blind. Kesha never fails at delivering a campy romp of a bop when she wants to, but I feel like it's rare we see them lead the era. I would not be opposed to a whole album revolving around this sonically. Looking forward to the album!

Not a fan of this particular sound, but I'm happy to see her experimenting. Still perched as it might turn into an interesting album.
