CroNich Posted Saturday at 02:12 PM Posted Saturday at 02:12 PM Agreed Joyride >>>>> Gaga is a very talented musician but honestly some of her songwriting is questionable. No one can write a catchy bop like Kesha at the end of the day. 5

AvadaKedavra Posted Saturday at 06:28 PM Posted Saturday at 06:28 PM (edited) Im a fan of Rihanna,Katy,Kesha,Gaga (Main faves) and definitely Joyride was the best release Im bitter how we didnt get a video for the song but i guess those are expensive and they dont help that much today sadly Kesha even if she's successful she's in the underground today and has to be more careful with her coins. I guess all her budgets will come from her own hands now I always get confused how some indie singers are able to afford real expensive videos Someone like FKA Twigs Edited Saturday at 06:29 PM by AvadaKedavra 2

She was always signed to an 'indie' label in the UK (same on as Adele) and since Tears In The Club she's also signed to Warner in the US and the world. I don't think budget was even an issue for her. 1
SmittenCake Posted Saturday at 10:02 PM Posted Saturday at 10:02 PM had Kesha performed at the Kamala rally, we wouldn't have the orange bastard as president again 4

SmittenCake Posted Sunday at 09:55 PM Posted Sunday at 09:55 PM (edited) Kesha hasnt had the time to express what she's been wanting to do for over 10 years. All of her ideas and concepts are cogged into her brain, waiting to be free. She has more drive than Gaga/Katy/Swift/Adele/Beyonce and the rest of the main pop girls from her generation. You can tell that there's so much she wants to do since she's been restricted for too damn long. Edited Sunday at 09:56 PM by SmittenCake 7 1

I honestly feel like with the other girls making pop music is more of obligation/lip service at this point. Kesha is the only one from her era of MPG that is still HUNGRY and passionate about making good, innovative pop music (among a myriad of other genres I'm sure). I think that will give her an edge going into the K6 roll-out for sure. I mean we saw what happened with Charli and Brat, and since this year was so stacked with releases, I think next year there will be a lot more room in the pop girl scene for her to truly shine. Also, It definitely doesn't seem like we are getting another single this side of new years. I wonder if she will time single 2 to be released when her Australian shows are happening. Is the Melbourne Cup one being televised? 3 1
gettsleazy Posted Monday at 03:04 AM Posted Monday at 03:04 AM I still think new single in January for Animal anniversary, will probably be a mid tempo like Delusional. Single #3 (more uptempo like Boy Crazy) shortly after and then album in the spring/summer. But that's me being positive 2
