Crazy kid Posted August 2 Posted August 2 Not me watching the full lollapolooza set. Miss thing did that 4
TomTom Posted August 2 Posted August 2 I wonder if she has a new creative director or something? We got four dancers now instead of two which looks so much better than before, there are little visualizers on screen that I haven't seen since before Rainbow and she hasn't served this much choreo before yet. Whoever had the idea to overhaul her staging concept deserves a raise. 5

ainadalkaz Posted August 2 Posted August 2 2 hours ago, TomTom said: Yeah same, I'd still prefer it to be something freedom-related since I believe that is kind of a must narrative-wise (though ideally not simply "Freedom" because that's a bit too on-the-nose). idk i kinda hope the album is simply titled "kesha" 1
TomTom Posted August 2 Posted August 2 Oop Quote Thursday's performance came just as Chappell Roan wrapped her highly anticipated set on the main stage, where Kesha was initially supposed to perform. Originally booking Roan for a smaller stage, Lollapalooza organizers reportedly took note of her fast rise this year and requested a swap from Kesha, and she graciously agreed. But make no mistake, having Kesha's larger-than-life persona on a smaller stage — and forcing fans to squeeze in front of it — felt like a bit of a misstep. It was a solid performance fit for the main stage. https://chicago.suntimes.com/lollapalooza/2024/lollapalooza-thursday-day-1-reviews-labrinth-kesha-tyla Spoiler We stan her 2012 collaboration with Pitbull and her 2017 single "Pray" 1 2

gettsleazy Posted August 3 Posted August 3 The Revved up remix is so fresh. This era feels so "on the pulse" of pop culture in a way that nearly every era before was not. I love that she always does her own thing but seeing her reflect and reference the zeitgeist is really cool. 12
FireFade Posted August 3 Posted August 3 the revved up remix makes me want to throw ass like never before, my gawd 5
