One of the most evil men in modern day history. That would be Netanyahu to blame. Biden shouldn't be sending money there but the sad fact is it's an election year and most Americans are pro-Israel. Mr. Mendes
Of the last 30-40 years? Sure, maybe. Of all time? No, not even remotely. Make no mistake, they're deeply evil individuals but they also both don't have either the intelligence (in Kim's case) or finesse (in Putin's case) to reach the heights that some of the most truly deplorable people in history did. They're making their names in modern history as pillars of evil, but they're gonna fall well well short of what a lot of people I've got no doubt they see as idols achieved.
