Having lived through Genie's debut, I can honestly say it was a much bigger hit and more impacful in pop culture than JD

Just Dance was a more iconic debut and the bigger hit, but Genie is the better song. I find Just Dance very underwhelming. I was interested in her during that time, but more-so for her online content.
