this is not a "gone viral" thread since it doesn't meet the threshold, just wanted to share it as a discussion post.

do you agree with it? such a good & correct description imo. :celestial5:

Wait… sorta kinda because the first time i listened to Solar Power (song) it was pouring rain and for some reason it always gives cloudy and gloomy rainy vibes to me instead of, well, sunny vibes. Maybe that's because our summers are always rainy idk :dancehall3:

Would Addison Rae Shady Facts lie?

Hmmm I like Solar Power a lot but I wouldn't use depressing lull, lethargy or exhaustion to describe it at all. Maybe this person just hates summer. :toofunny3:

Solar Power sucked then and it still sucks now. We'll see with her next album if Melodrama was just a fluke or if she's capable of making something listenable.

Just screenshotted this, it'll be extremely funny to repost it on L4 and Lasso threads :bibliahh: especially with that username

That just sounds like a stan stringing words together the way that people do on Twitter as of late and think they've said something profound :rip:

No, the album was bad, the melodies were soporific and the lyrics confusing and muddled at best

Its Okay she has still made 2/3 good albums which is a great track record

Album is great but expectations were obviously sky high following Melodrama. It's not realistic to drop a cultural reset with every release.

They are finally recognizing that it is a good album, something many of us knew from the beginning. Solar Power, rise and shine this summer :clap3:

"if Melodrama was just a fluke" LMAO

Pure Heroine cleared Lana's discography pre-NFR, and she was 16!!!!!!

I see what they're trying to say but it feels like they seriously misunderstood the emotional intention of the album :rip:

And not this analysis being just as self-indulgent as the album itself :rip:

Don't Born to Die and Ultraviolence individually outstream Lorde's entire discography daily? :deadbanana2:

Well e.g. Drake outstream Lana, does that mean he's a better artist than her?

Loved it then, love it even more now. Truly aging like fine wine. It's the only album I bought this decade. :bird:

California is her best song, period.
