base talk Kim Petras & Doja allowed to work with Dr Luke, but not Katy. Why?

So with RUMORS (that have not even been confirmed yet, lol) of Katy supposedly going back to Luke for her new album, ATRL is clutching their pearls and going on rants about how tasteless and "vile" it is, but these same people be eating up all of Kim Petra's' dated wannabe EDM dance pop and Doja's same old same old songs produced by him. So why draw the line at Katy and not them? Are you guys just using this to hate on Katy for no reason because there's nothing by else you can find on her? It's a it hypocritical don't you guys think? 
 

Anyway, it's not even confirmed lol. Look at the facts first before commenting, and even if it was it's not that big of a deal, I mean you guys still bop to his songs am I right?

The difference is Kesha and Katy were good friends. Katy is working with her ex friends' rapist. There's something more sinister about that than Doja or Kim choosing to work with him. It's about betrayal whether the friendship still exists or not.

Katy is more directly tied to Kesha, they were friends from the start and she was dragged into the legal battle by Dr Luke. Of course people would side eye someone who's known Kesha for like 17 years and has directly witnessed her battle for at least half of that period.

I think it's because of association. they were friends or friendly at some point, so Katy willingly working with Luke holds a lot more sentimental/moral value than random khia Kim Petras, or Doja working with him/his team does.

scarlet (the album with zero dr. luke) was literally released under Kemosabe so this "she is stuck in a contract" argument is probably not true.

Kim Petras is a pos and Doja Cat is a neo nazi sympathizer, no one really expects morality from either. Katy on the other hand is someone who not only distanced herself from Luke over the past decade, but called Kesha a friend of hers on multiple occasions through the years. There at least some expectation of respect coming from her. The title and the subject of her song with all things considered is the cherry on top.
