I think Woman's World does make sense like first song from the new album to Katy, since the last song on SMiLE was What Makes A Woman and then the first one in 143 is Woman's World and she went with it. It's like something she could choose also If it doesn't represent the album theme netiher the sound. 

 

Also, WW worked in some way, since it's in everyone's mouth, also because many people use references to it.
