So after me not understanding the point of the video, I asked a girl friend of mine that's very smart (and tends to be very critic) to watch the video and to tell me if she understand it without providing further information.

 

She replied with a 10 min audio (where she's also talked about other related things), but basically says that even tho the message isn't extremely obvious, for her it was very clear that the video was criticizing extreme feminism/man's view on femininsm. In a sense that, she said, a woman can be everything, she doesn't need to be everything. Basically in the first part she understood that she was criticizing that "feminism" that consists on either doing man things, things to appeal men, or be sexy/pretty. 

 

When she's hit by the things, that's when she's told me she had a "gotcha" moment that confirmed her opinion - that today's woman (and men but) beauty is getting standardized and plastic and that you can get back to perfection "with a blow". Then the gas scene she interpreted as this "extreme femenism" making women feel like sexy machines that need that type of energy to keep going.

 

And then in the last scene she thought about the new woman role that this type of "feminism" might be bringing to the table, that before consisted on doing the chores, and now (as Katy breaks through the glass into the garden) corresponds to a girl being conventionally pretty doing TikTok dances. 

 

So, it is hard for me to believe that Katy actually thought about all this, but on the other hand, not only it does make a bit of sense, but also I'm almost offended that I didn't get 1% of that and my str8 friend that gives 0 fs to Katy got all this from the video, I guess she relates to it more
