I thought this would be a guilty pleasure bop that I would megastream on unofficial sources

But this is too generic, boring, and lifeless lol. If you're gonna work with a hated figure in the industry at least make a mega bop. This bores and is giving "I'm desperate to have a big commercial comeback without artistry"

SCREAMING AT TRISHA IN THE MUSIC VIDEO LMAOOO. The only good thing about this video. The rest was a cringe mess.

Seeing her laughing in the truck knowing damn well she said she never liked Katy dksljdfsgfd :bibliahh:

Omg I truly love Lifetime since the first note! I'm sure it will be one of my favorites ever!

Also, the fact that the whole Trisha listening to Woman's World for the first time in the car and fake gagging was just an entirely orchestrated PR stunt. I did not expect her to be in the actual video! :deadbanana2:

the song is okay, it's pretty catchy and i like the melodies on the chorus but it's def her worst lead and i don't think i'll use it too much. i don't mind me a generic bop but i agree that is frustrating to see how weak her lyrics have regressed w time. she was never the most consistent lyricist but she always had some really well written pop songs across her career such as hot'n cold, teenage dream, wide awake, never really over, etc. the lyrics on this one feels like the first draft of a song.

It's so basic and bland. I wish there was a bridge or an outro.

It's possible that was recorded before to be fair. Or she never heard the song during the video shoot. Taylor forces the people in her videos to act based on click tracks so she can keep the songs secret. :rip: (probably why her videos have gone downhill)

Okay the song is a grower but I would lie if I said it's the greatest thing ever. It's a cute song, it could be a fun hit. But idk. It's maybe a bit too generic. From the snippets there were def more interesting picks. But I guess she wanted the most palettable song out the gate first and safe the best for last.

we basically heard half album already with all those snippets!!?

someone stop herrr😭😭

Regardless of how bad or good anyone thinks this is (I think it's bad :fan:)

I sincerely hope that people don't forget this "woman empowerment" anthem was produced by an abuser.

Katy is so out of touch and it really shines through here <3

This song is by far her worst lead. She's lost it in every way and she doesn't even have goodwill to carry her through after running back to Puke.

And then to rub salt in the wound Spotify played Waking Up In Vegas afterwards. Where did she go? I'm starting to think we need an Avril clone conspiracy.

A pop rock comeback album would've killed right now :jonny:

Mama this is garbage. Never Really Over was a better comeback than this. (CTTR was the best)

I don't think anyone was pressuring Katy Perry for a new album era so this is so unnecessary... there was a tweet saying this era is a waste of resources and this is exactly right. Wrdgaf
