There's no glitches in any of the lead or background stem, so despite of it all I'd put my money on it being real, tbh nothing to be ashamed of, demos sound messy, that's why they're DEMOS. Let's put the discussion to bed already and focus on the real problem of the song, which we all know what (or rather who) it is.
