But the performance of "well there's just no way anyone can know anything" and gaslighting to try and make it out as though Kesha hasn't made it clear what happened or deny that historical evidence corroborates a pattern of abuse and harassment - and that those who find it upsetting are just overreacting - is the behavior trying to bait a reaction. If you don't believe Kesha, then simply put those upset about Luke on ignore. "We don't need these posts" applies more to people unable to accept reality and thus trying to re-litigate Luke for the aim of proving his innocence than those upset as part of the socially accepted view that he abuses women.
