kellebrity98 Posted June 14 Posted June 14 one is most streamed, other is best selling, yet the number one song win because of radios. why though? why radio plays count?
PerfectCure Posted June 14 Posted June 14 It would be so weird if PPP went #1 before Espresso, that song has been a smash for a while now
glitch Posted June 14 Posted June 14 Blocked by a racist knuckle dragger and the victim of a printing press accident...
Feanor Posted June 14 Posted June 14 Never say never, but I feel like this was the song's only shot at #1. "Espresso" is still growing on radio (and therefore has a better shot at #1), so they most likely won't push "Please Please Please" there just yet, but first "Espresso" needs to peak on radio, then it'll take another few weeks for Px3 to build up enough airplay, by which time the song will probably have cooled off on streaming. They should've gone all out for "Please Please Please" this week.
fridayteenage Posted June 14 Posted June 14 (edited) That would be unfortunate Are there precedents for an artist being blocked at 2 and 3 simultaneously at their to-date peaks? Edited June 14 by fridayteenage
