The signed things were digital and that was only 1k-ish from the final numbers and there's a 7.5k gap. ***Waits for the pletora of downvotes coming my way for asking something*** I wanna refrain from being too brutal but it's a signed album, ofc it's not digital, it's sold for the physical signature. IIRC 6000 signed CDs were sold to UK customers only so the 1.5k digital you mentioned + the signed copies are the diff
ChrisTheLoner Posted June 14 Posted June 14 Congratulations Charli for having your biggest week in the UK yet with 27K, amazing numbers Apparently Tay would've been #1 anyways with streaming according to a post in here breaking down the units so in the end it was completely unnecessary for her to even release another new version So congrats to both ladies in the top 2

A bully, a succubus, an evil entity, an ecological threat, an embodiment of late capitalism, a mediocre artist, a privileged spoiled human, a black hole that sucks the joy of pop music out, a sympathetic stabber Y'all need to go outside 1 6

Digitally signed albums/tracks exist and have been sold in the past. Not sure if it applies in this case.

80x100 Posted June 14 Posted June 14 i used to like TS... why didnt she let the charli xcx shine (at least in her hometown)
80x100 Posted June 14 Posted June 14 at this point TS and her fans looks like what BTS and their fans did in 2020 which is annoying and inorganic 2 1
DevilsRollTheDice Posted June 14 Posted June 14 Can someone please verify the units? Multiple claims that the digital push didn't matter and that Taylor held a sizable lead regardless. Is that true? People on Twitter are posting the units, but I don't see an official source anywhere.

Taylor had more sales even without yesterday's digital push, and would have been #1 regardless.
ariesgroove Posted June 14 Posted June 14 congrats to charli for a stellar album week brat is exactly what pop music needed and that record will be loved for years to come! 1

I never understand these kind of comments—how would y'all know what's being reported/warned when the site no longer shows the "warned" labels? All two posts wishing her death in this thread were warned/deleted. 3 1
