"Hurt" is the most ambitious and I feel like regret and grief aren't often tackled in pop music so I'm going with that. "Unfaithful" is remarkable though because it unapologetically casts the singer as the villian and that's quite unusual in this kind of pop ballad, I low key feel this was one of the key moments in establishing Rihanna's ice queen persona in her music, this song was the seed of the start of Rihanna The Artist. "Big Girls Don't Cry" is a perfect pop song too and Fergie's defining moment. I'm gonna miss you like a child misses their blanket always hits.
