ATRL thinking this is Taylor being petty against Charli, when Charli wasn't even leading the #1 race when Taylor put up these signed CDs for sale. Bon Jovi was the then-leader and the Official Charts article very much says so as well.

 

But of course Taylor wanting to maximize her weeks at #1 against Bon Jovi doesn't quite fit people's made-up image of Taylor only targeting female artists. They need to make up feuds where there are none.
