Probably Girls Night Out. It's just so fun and cute lol, a perfect bubblegum bass song. It gets me hyped up the same way Next Level Charli does.

 

All the other ones I wanted to post aren't underrated imo and are more like fan fav deep cuts: Roll With Me, Silver Cross, Sorry If I Hurt You. And I actually love In the City too... I know it's not the sound people normally expect from Charli, but her and Sam's vocals are both lovely on it and the instrumental is satisfying.
