While Us Weekly reported Thursday that the 1975 frontman was "completely blindsided" by the number of songs seemingly about him, he now finds the album "hilarious."

 

His friend told the outlet, "He loves the attention it's brought to him, [but] he also thinks it's hilarious because at no time [were they] ever serious."

 

"For her to be saying things about baby carriages … and living together — he says it had never even come up," the insider noted of their fling, which took place last year. "He's taking it in stride."

 

Although Swift, 34, has not commented on the meanings — and the exes — behind her music, fans have theorized that "But Daddy I Love Him," "Down Bad" and the titular song are about Healy.

I don't usually trust Us Weekly, but if they are accurate, he's a liar and manipulative. Taylor may be a bit dramatic in her songs but he definitely led her to believe they were serious and then left her without an explanation. The smallest man who ever lived indeed.
