But this quick fan did more than just providing us with the song titles, he also gave us brief descriptions of the songs he heard (and unfortunately as a whole it seems "Witness" may not be the most exciting Katy Perry album to date. But this review is ultimately his own view. Maybe other people will really love the whole album. We'll have to wait for "Witness" to come out on June 9th to make a proper overall remark about it.)

No shade but you can never believe what people from those listening events have to say. They're stans, they're hyped, excited and not always objective.

 

That said it sounds like Katy wants to try to be relevant again and I'm here for it. I'm curious to hear what she has to offer especially if she's actually released cunty bops. I've kinda enjoyed her music more when she was flopping than when she was big overall. Songs like Harleys, Bon Appétit, Déjà Vu, Tsunami, Tucked, NRO, 365, Con Calma… they're really good. Hope she delivers some sexy videos too and doesn't try too hard to be cool and just does her thing.

I feel like she used this session to decide what the lead for the album should be based on their reactions so she hasn't recorded a mv or any visuals yet. It'll take like another month atleast for the lead to release then
