I never understood people who explicitly go out of their way to tell us the lead will flop. If there's really no interest for new Katy music, you'd just stay quiet. It always sounds like they're trying to convince themselves more than the rest of us.

She worked with Benny and Blackbear for a song that should've come out in 2022 but eventually got scrapped

If it's not coming this week at the latest, then her team is officially the dumbest it has ever been. June is almost halfway done at this point. Even the pandemic-pregnancy-ridden Smile rollout wasn't clouded in this much aloofness.

Babe you think I care if people laugh?  What's laughable is stanning Katy and thinking she's gonna have this massive comeback in 2024.
