Ok so the '143' has to be something because it was referenced by insiders and then she did the '143rd day of the year' thing, alluding something .

 

my hope / guess would be that it is not the title, whereas the title will be 'Artificial', hence the robotic legs and futuristic / AI looking Katy in the photo shoot
 

There's a reason for the futuristic aesthetic I'm feeling it. The music videos she has planned would follow the story of an AI humanoid robotic/android woman (obviously played by Katy). Usually when robots or androids are created they give them numerical titles or names. The AI woman will be called '143' and it follow a story with her.
