Order of the writers doesn't indicate alphabetical order either. It's just a game of label politics basically. If a song is going on an artist's album, they're probably being listed as the first writer regardless of what their actual publishing split was. And yes, this applies to EVERYONE'S faves.

I was going off wikipedia. Which the original comment I'm assuming was as well. I'm aware every  platform arranges it differently even ASCAP. So I still don't understand the ire.

Credits are in three different orders:

• Alphabetical: Most common in bands where every member writes.
• Chronological: Writers are listed in the order of when they first laid their hands on the song (who wrote first, then who it got passed on to, etc.)

Like she is already an amazing artist without those songwriting credit. But to pretend she wrote those songs  and stuffs like this come out, its a slap to the face to her peers and they wont vote for her.

Whitney abd Celine managed to win AOTY without writting credit or pretend to write songs. Beyonce already won if she did not pull these shenanigans

Eh, makes sense. It explains why Miley opens the track and Beyoncé sounds like the featured guest instead of the other way around.

 

Anyway, I think it's so cool Beyoncé seems to occasionally reach out to all the girls, both young and old. Wasn't surprised to hear that her and Miley text lol. Kesha said the same thing many moons ago. 

 

Also, I wonder does she still have that Dereon outfit that Bey gifted her. That's how I know she been a stan her whole career lol

I admire the creativity in using alphabetic order. I was growing tired of the oohs and aaahs serving as writing credit just like that Deja vu demo (one of my faves).
