Rino Posted May 30 Posted May 30 I'm so desensitized to sex by now that I have no feelings whatsover about this, but good for Troye for ruffling some feathers

mike_int Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Besides the "se.x.ual" tone of some performances, which has been done countless of times since Madonnas Blond Ambition Tour it doesnt seems very interesting from the videos posted so far. I know they wanted to make Troye a "dancer" since the popularity of Rush video but his dancing "skills" together with his slim body frame looks almost comical sometimes. Rush is still great song and best video of last year tho ... so go gurl ;)

Right. But we're on atrl you see. Everything needs to be extremes and anti-fun
Jglj Posted May 30 Posted May 30 The pearl clutching in here wouldn't survive a Madonna concert. I think it was kinda well done, good for him. 3

I have no issue with it but I also don't get why we can't accept that some gay people don't like stuff like that. We're not all required to love the same **** and this is one of those things that I think is understandably not likeable to many people and that's fine I didnt say you had to like it (i specifically said in the post you can hate reread). I said dont act like this is a specific gay thing, and right under posted literal pictures of the pop girls doing worse. If you are going to hate it, be consistent. 3

Villas Posted May 30 Posted May 30 ppl here act as if they have some morality even though this one controls the way you express youserlf as gay person. It's not Troye who is being really tacky here.
mike_int Posted May 30 Posted May 30 This can be exiting, interesting or scandalous only to virgins or kids
Trent W Posted May 30 Posted May 30 My earlier post was not isolating Troye This goes for anyone doing this on stage in 2024 Is vulgar, degrading and classless Sexual acts on stage are very attention seeking and were used as shock value in the 90s and 00s. Right now we so bombarded my sex everywhere that is disgusting now we don't need more of that. Its like all the same unnecessary awkward sex scenes in Movies, lately they have been slowly taking them out. It's not homophobia or Misogyny it just looks bad for everyone now. 2 1

I've seen the "take sex scenes out of movies, they're gratuitous" argument posted above more and more recently and its like, really? Sex is a part of life and movies are supposed to reflect life, does a sex scene really make you uncomfortable? 2
