suburbannature
Born to Die was one of the best albums of the decade according to decade-end lists by critics (particularly remarkable after its initial reception).
Loca
The Fame and The Fame Monster work better separately, so Born to Die + Paradise it is.
ThomasTea
I LOVE both albums but BTD has aged much better. TFM (more so TF) has aged considerably, however that also kind of adds to its appeal, so it's close!
Verandi
I was obsessed with both at release, but to me, Born To Die stood the test of time. It sounds timeless to me, every song, every melody feels fresh. Every song feels like it's part of a movie, Lana really sold a story, a feeling, a world building experience, no wonder it is still charting in the Billboard 200. The Fame Monster I also loved, but being honest it sounds like a product of its time and don't listen much to it anymore. NOW
BTD but both are the biggest cultural resets of our time. It's fascinating to remember that one man saw their potential before any of us had even heard their names.
Jay07
The Fame is mostly filler outside of the singles and Starstruck so Born to Die, it's a lot more consistent. Now, The Fame Monster vs. Paradise is another story.

Poker Face, Just Dance, BR, Monster and some more. Which are top 5 fave songs of TF and Mosters. I might have a streaming party for both today
