Flowers as mentioned broke the record recently of most weeks at #1 at AC radio which continues this week where it is #1 for 49 weeks . it also broke a new record at Hot AC on Mediabase where it has charted for a record 72 weeks breaking a record set over 20 years ago .

on billboard they cut it after 52 weeks

 

looks like blinding lights was able to defeat recurrency for awhile longer, at 65 weeks

Billboard has a top 5 recurrent rule  while Mediabase is top 10 .
