This is the OLDEST way to "promote" an album. Artists used to spend a whole shift at music stores with a desk to sign each copy purchased. 

 

A certain stan base is unhinged at this point. Just looking for anything to cancel Billie since she was heading for that #1 and since she made an actual INCREDIBLE record.
