CoolNebraskaGuy Posted May 21 Posted May 21 (edited) Frankly, this list is disrespectful to the music legends of the 20th century. It's Messier than Pitchforks Top 200 Albums of the 2010s, which was also flaming hot dogshit (remember when P4K put 2 Frank Ocean albums in the top 10 of the decade?). Yikes lol Beyonce (should be Lemonade) and 21 are great albums. 1989 is fine (should be Folklore, which is great). Claiming they are better than Are You Experienced, Dark Side of the Moon, London Calling etc. is a choice. The only people who think 1989 (Taylor's Version) is better than London Calling are people who have never heard the latter. It is superior in every metric besides sales. UseYourIllusion2002 Posted May 21 Posted May 21 (edited) They're saving Erotica for a top 10 placement I fear Edited May 21 by UseYourIllusion2002

DiegoMarcoCMM Posted May 21 Posted May 21 (edited) No Mariah in this list is a shame. Jagged Little Pill #31 behind Billie and Taylor is also a shame. Edited May 21 by DiegoMarcoCMM 1 1

The random meltdowns over Beyoncé's entry as if she won't have a 2nd entry in the top 10. Also screaming at some users thinking 'ANTI' even belongs in the same breath as Taylor's or Beyoncé's top albums. ? Every album who made that list is quite literally in the same breath considering it's Top 100 albums out of all albums ever released in music history 🫡 ANTI at #55 is just a few spots behind. It's in the same 'breath', according to them.
NOW Posted May 21 Posted May 21 Are they doing an interview with the panelists who voted? Would love to see a discussion for how they did the rankings...
ariesgroove Posted May 21 Posted May 21 since they broke the assumed one album per artist rule with radiohead, i assume there's gonna be another record from someone already listed 1
WildAmerican Posted May 21 Posted May 21 btw where's Carrie & Lowell or Illinois, cannot handle the disrespect to Sufjan on this
Arrows Posted May 21 Posted May 21 Some artists got together to rank what they believe to be the best albums of all time. Why are people so mad about this? Can't they just make their own list? 1

According to them, this is a ranked list for a reason and #18 is a higher ranking than #55 at the end of the day. 🫡 If you truly felt like they're all in the same breath, you wouldn't have felt the need to label its ranking as "crazy". But evidently the distance in positions between these two albums was significant enough for you to make such a remark. Someone's looking bothered… 🫡
