They definitely should've given a statement on exactly what happened (and provided receipts) if they were going to disqualify statement. A vague statement is not it.

Yes he was very popular, he would've definitely won cause the telecast votings would've all gone to him. I feel like they should've let him do the show until he was proven guilty at least lol. He didnt even have a chance to prove his innocence.

He got 58 points from jury and would've probably ended with ~200 points from the public. He wasn't even gonna finish in top5.

He most likely would've finished between 8th and 6th

The silver lining is that Joost not taking part probably prevented THAT country from winning. He would've ate into the televote and lead to that country coasting probably.

 

I think he would've finished 2nd.
