y'all claim that cardi is over but megan is bigger when cardi literally pulls bigger streaming debuts for her songs

cardi hasn't released good material and that's why she's flopping. plus the wait has been crazy for her second album. they're relatively on the same boat rn commercially

facts are megan can get a smash hit if she drops another savage, and cardi can get a smash hit if she drops an i like it, none of these girls are saweeties or rico nasty's, they're still relevant and always have the potential to get a hit song/album with the right material

Meg snatched everything from right under that girl, washed her on every feature, has what's left of her base streaming her & she's still not caught on. Neither have her fans. Bless, they think Meg wants to remain her sidekick & "good Judy".

Megan. All of Cardis releases this year have tanked. Megan has "Hiss" and "Wanna Be". Her tour is selling out and her album will probably do decently.

And Im more a fan of Meg than Cardi and can admit that, lol.

 

While "Enough" didn't chart in Top 10 long, I'd still say it performed better than Megan singles.  "HISS" went to #1, but also dropped harder than "Enough" …I thought…?

Music wise, I'd say they're pretty tied. However, at least in the US, Cardi is the bigger celebrity.

Cardi, because of her celebrity presence, but Megan's craft and passion are shining through and she's been ticking all the boxes, especially since going indie. She's building the bigger legacy in front of our eyes and hopefully her tour will establish her as a live act for life. Music always win in the end
