FolkLover1989 Posted May 11 Posted May 11 (edited) Most of the songs before 2024 specially before April 2024 and this decade reached #1 in USA with like 1.5m daily streams Now the competition is super strong. All these songs are #1 in any other week on global as well as USA. Did you except 2023 to change so drastically 240 pts on chart was #1 , Now it's barely Top 10 Edited May 11 by FolkLover1989 4

Mr. Duff Posted May 11 Posted May 11 That Morgan song is already super massive It's a great song though. Posty is 2/2 1 1
extra_ordinary Posted May 11 Posted May 11 How come there have been so many back to back smashes recently? No songs can perch on top for weeks now 2
ontherocks Posted May 11 Posted May 11 It's kind of insane. It will become the norm that bigger artists will also fail to chart more often. I guess it's also becoming more of a thing for a song to instantly "click" and be incredibly catchy to get any traction at all. Even moreso than in the past.
brazil Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Maybe because Spotify keep shoving these songs down our throats through autoplay

By the Water Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Kinda crazy considering just a few months ago the #1 on global spotify was doing like 5-6M 2
Gossip_Boy Posted May 11 Posted May 11 It's nice seeing charts being so healthy this year especially after a very weak 2023. 3

stars Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Oh we are SO back You better step your cookies up if you want to chart in the top 10.
Aribiotch. Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Whew! I am so glad Ariana got her multi week #1 album and 2 #1 songs and got tf out because this is insane 1
Dialamba Posted May 11 Posted May 11 You have to pull 6M to enter the top 10 when months ago you were topping Spotify And it's funny how the biggest hits of the year are just so diverse you can smash with anything. 6
aesthetic bih Posted May 11 Posted May 11 It's the effect of everybody releasing. People are more eager to check out new music, because people are aware that everybody is releasing new music. More eager people, more listeners/audience 2
thatsmydemi Posted May 11 Posted May 11 It's crazy to think that only a few weeks ago Espresso felt like it was going to be the biggest hit because it was doing amazing numbers and suddenly there are like 4-5 songs doing even better 2
TOKYO. Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Yeah ONLY MALES. Its always the females which straight men will NEVER stream 1
