I sometimes have toast for breakfast but most of the time I just have my ice coffee and won't eat till dinner time unless I gotta go out.

I'm Lowkey a functioning alcoholic but i could never take alcohol for breakfast :skull: i eat eggs, rice and beans for breakfast

 

Tea for lunch

 

And whatever fills me up for dinner

I'm skinny, so I nibble on a piece of lettuce once a day, maybe eat half of it when I'm feeling hungry

Southamerican

For breakfast usually:
-Eggs (ranchero omelette,scrambled eggs,fried egg)
-pastel de pollo or buñuelo or just bread :gaycat4:
-Chocolate (beverage), orange juice. Sometimes coffee but it makes me anxious so i rarely take it. 
-Sometimes cheese. Sometimes greek yogurt. 


In lunch my mom is always makin different things. But lately she's been doin a lot of:
-Soup creams from things like arracacha or pumpkin-squash, sometimes pasta soup. Beans soup with balu............
-Grilled Chicken or Curry Chicken,Meat and salmon. Always rotate between these. I eat chicken like 70% of the time
-Lasagna. Meatballs. Arroz con Pollo. Paella. Homemade Chinese Rice. Spaguetti Marinara. Meat Skewers BBQ....
-Sometimes just plain white rice (not a big fan of it) but is a staple in my country lunch
-French fries (sometimes), Papa criolla (not a big fan of it) just potatoes
-Salad with nachos and avocado.  Salad with pinneaple. Sometimes just fruit salad. Sometimes cold salad with sausage and brocoli
-Orange Juice. Different Juices. Soursop juice. Passionfruit Juice. Strawberry juice....Sometimes soda (coke-pepsi)

Snacks i eat sometimes in the afternoon-night when im hungies:
Fruit (Grapes-Apples-Pears-Melon....)
Nuts
Ice Cream 

Dinner
-Leftovers from lunch
-Sometimes sandwiches
-Tuna
-Arepa con Queso. Arepa Rellena. Empanadas
-Snacks from the Food Vending Machine of my condominium
-Sometimes fast food. Pizza-Burguers-Burritos... (usually the weekends)
.Juice or Milshakes  (Been cutting the milkshakes theyre bad for me)
 



I been thinkin about goin to the gym in the next months. So, my diet will be better :gaycat2: I will probably have to cut down everything
So, i get a hot body

During the week I stick to a healthy diet, lots of vegetables, eat at least 130g of proteins per day (greek plain yogourt, eggs, fish/meat, nuts, etc.), 0 sugar, drink only water and coffee/tea, moderate portions of carbs, some fruits but not a lot since it's still sugar

 

But from Friday night til Saturday night, these are my cheat periods, I allow eating some sweats, more fat stuffs, I drink alcohol, etc. It's been a while since I work like that and it fits me well

I've been cutting so I've been relying on popcorn that I pop myself to snack on a lot as of late.
