TROJAN Posted May 9 Posted May 9 What do you eat in a day? I start out my breakfast with oatmeal and fresh raspberries from my garden, and a glass of chilled white wine. My lunch is usually Mediterranean shrimp kabobs with roasted tomato soup. (Drizzled with olive oil, pepper always helps). As someone with a degree in Public Speaking, I sometimes have my friends help out with the cooking. As for dinner, I like having seared scallops and baby spinach with spiced pomegranate glaze, finished with a glass of Ramos gin fizz. 1 1
selena_lavigne Posted May 9 Posted May 9 (edited) Today i woke up and ate I Luv It by Camila Cabello. I had a handful of bites. I then continued my day by making a full meal of Pleasure and Pain by Zach Seals. I then ate Selena Gomez's delicious early to mid 2010s songs My Dilemma, The Heart Wants What It Wants, and Do It. I then made a cute little snack of New Guy! by Julia Jewel. I am currently eating Justin Bieber's Believe album for lunch. Edited May 9 by selena_lavigne

Cannon Posted May 9 Posted May 9 White wine at breakfast? For breakfast I eat 2/3 c of oatmeal with 1 1/2 TBs of peanut butter and 1 banana For lunch I eat a protein like chicken or eggs and a vegetable. For an afternoon snack I drink a protein smoothie mixed with Greek yogurt. For dinner I eat the same thing that I ate for lunch except I'll add cottage cheese and a carb like brown rice. I usually snack on almonds throughout the day as well. 2

DeadInside Posted May 10 Posted May 10 For breakfast I have a glass of water and a serving of Truvada. Then for lunch I have a light salad and a glass of orange flavored Metamucil. For dinner I have a slice of white bread with imodium. Then in the dead of night, if I beg enough, I'll get to have my favorite meal, a large serving of Italian sausage taken raw. 5

HarajukuPrincess Posted May 10 Posted May 10 (edited) Half of you are starving…making me feel like a 🐖 I wake up and drink a kale and pear and oat smoothie (I don't really count it as a meal; it's for the gut biome and bowel movement 😅) Breakfast is just a nice oat milk or almond milk latte on school/work days. Off days, maybe a matcha latte or I skip. I'm thankfully not addicted to caffeine. Lunch and dinner varies depending on the day and my mood. One will be a big meal and the other will be something smaller. School/work days, lunch (noonish) will be small and — it could be PB&J Oats (granola x peanut butter x Jam or Honey). Sometimes it's something sweet like cake, brownie, pie, etc. This week it's been pumpkin soup with Goldfish crackers. Next week I might try salad. I always eat some raw fruit or veggies with every meal, so that helps with digestion. Sometimes I might even skip it if I'm dieting or just not hungry or more likely really busy. It's not always the healthiest but it helps me maintain a healthy relationship with food. I'm a foodie, I've been obese; I come from a family of heavy cooking and heavy eating. I've been on very strict diets, and have done multi-day fasts, and they suck; I've collapsed in private and public a few times too... I'm much better at balancing things now. School/work day dinner (usually between 18:00 – 21:00) is the big meal. It's not THAT big, just the biggest meal of the day. Yesterday was half of a Freschetta Pizza. Today it was a dozen Lemon Pepper Wings with Kimchi. The other day it was fried rice. Tomorrow it's a hoagie. I might have dessert if lunch wasn't something sweet and if I'm not too full. On off days, I might skip lunch and eat dinner earlier (noonish some days). I'll probably eat dessert. And then I'll eat a "lunch-like" meal later on in the night. I don't drink alcohol, so that saves money and calories. Edited May 10 by HarajukuPrincess

Batsy Armada Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Today, I had a Celsius energy drink for "breakfast," a blended smoothie with a ton of vitamins and supplements around 5 p.m. for "lunch" and an actual meal later in the evening, which was baked fish, Alfredo and broccoli. That's typically my diet on a day I work, with the occasional random meal thrown in with my smoothie—depending on what kind of time I have. I tend to just run errands on my lunch break, as I get a full hour. Whenever I'm off, I start my day with coffee and eat random meals throughout the day—snacking on fruit here and there. I, unintentionally, do intermittent fasting—in the sense that it's the name for how my diet is, solely by circumstance. 1
