We haven't gotten a proper one since the '70s, so yes. Batman is who you should question. The Nolan trilogy was perfect as is and was a bit recent.

I blame 300, it started all of this. That movie was sold on Gerard Butler's abs. And at the time it was like, shocking to see an actor so ripped and buff. And now he looks tiny compared to this roided out mess.

 

That movie and the parade of roided Marvel heroes in the last 10-15 years have totally ****** up a generation of men's ideas about their own bodies. You literally need to be a pro athlete level fitness junkie to reach the male beauty ideal nowadays. It's even worse among gays.
