She could but it's hard to tell. 

 

On the one hand, Fortnight isn't that big of a hit so it's not something out of her league. On the other hand, Billie is not a hitmaker as we saw during Happier Than Ever and her music isn't that radio-friendly either (and for radio-friendly I mean made for charts).

there are hundreds of kpop songs that are driven by cults that are sitting at 200M too, but they arent hits

 

Billie should aim for organic true hits known by the casuals and not driven by fanbase within their bubble.
