Houdini alone clears anything on the Tortured Ears Department, anyone saying otherwise is doing it for coping purposes. I don't make the rules!

For now its TTPD which took some time to grew on me but when it clicks it CLICKS.

I liked most of RO instantly but overall not as much as I thought. Maybe if I give the album more time it will also grow on me

Imagine how bad TTPD is that swifties have the biggest fan base in the world and they cannot even win this poll by a large margin

Edit: and RO is not even good

yes bc all the swifties live on ATRL. 75% of swifties probably think "ATRL" is an acronym for a song on the new album :rip:

anyway, even if both are disappointing in their own way (i am a ttpd enjoyer), at least Taylor's wasn't an anticipated comeback. Literally no one was expecting TS11.

I love FN, but I found RO was kind of meh except a few songs. That said, I'll still be streaming Houdini, TS and Falling Forever :bird: Those songs are classics!

suddenly all the OTHs are stanning dua :dies:

TTPD by far, far, far

Both are subpar albums, but TTPD has Down Smash, so I'll go with that.

Radical Optimism is really great! To me it serves Confessions I love it!

Like Madonna's confessions?

Have you ever listened to COADF? (I doubt that by your comparison).

I have to say that overall Dua's album is more diverse and has slightly better melodies.

But it still only has got like... 4 average songs I like.

TTPD has like 6 average songs I like.

By default Taylor is winning this.

Tay's album received 300 streams from me. The album is so samey that you cannot even tell when 1 song ends and the next begins.

But I do enjoy a couple of songs.

Falling Forever (on RO) is actually by far the most exciting track on both albums, imo. A true standout track.

Well something's wrong with you I think because I can tell which song it is after only hearing a few seconds..

Radical optimism is good. It's way more consistent than TTPD. Falling forever is indeed a highlight but the lyrics are not really that interesting to me.
