My boyfriend offered me something very inappropriate for my birthday

As a lover of toys myself, I would be offended to get such a BIRTHDAY GIFT from someone SO EARLY.

i recently dated a guy briefly who, despite our chemistry, was into bdsm and f!$t!ng and cck and b@ll t0rtur€ and that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in his presence because of the constant innuendos considering we went on like 5 dates and the topics started before the second date…

i'd say give this relationship a second thought, there's nothing to be ashamed for if you want something more conventional.

If you're not that sexually adventurous and he is, then you're clearly a mismatch and should move on for that reason alone.

For a first gift, it's pretty tacky that he got you sex toys. And it's a sign that he doesn't know who you are. Either you're not opening up to him enough, or he's simply not paying attention.

I'm sorry but my low maintenance/kinky a** would've thought that was HOT AFFFF if my man got me s*x toys for my birthday/anniversary!!! :deadbanana2:

I remember for my 18th birthday my friends bought me my first ever b*tt plug and I thought it was the sweetest thing ever lmaooo.

Girl let us know if you don't want him cause I'm sure many of us would enjoy sh*t like that. :suburban:

For those who don't know what i'm talking about

So, if i didnt gave news about what happened after, it's because I was too ashamed.... it's simply because my boyfriend didn't give me a car... so far you're going to tell me nothing to make a drama out of it... but what happened next made me cold. My boyfriend offered me some adult toys. I was so disgusted, we've only been a couple for a few months and for my first anniversary with him, he offers me this... Honestly it disgusted me... But even worse... He admitted to me that he liked bdsm.... I mean I don't judge him but i'm not THAT open minded. And now I'm disgusted by him, SO much so that I wonder if I won't move away from him. I am really disgusted. :dancehall2:

Am I a drama queen for this or am I right ??

Tell us more. What else is he into? Did you use it this morning. What happened?!

By the way you were talking at first I thought he gifted you a dead animal or something :skull: I mean, it's not the most courteous of presents but let's pump the breaks here. If you can't look at him the same, you need to break up with him asap

Maybe he's telling you that you need to loosen up.

Whether you're a "drama queen" or not isn't the issue. It's quite apparent you don't seem to like this man and it seems your intuition is telling you to leave this man. Y'all have only been together for a few months and are still in the stereotypical "honeymoon phase" yet you already seem to be repulsed by him. This isn't a bad thing but maybe break up with him?! :ryan3:
